How long until my order ships?
Every piece is engraved to order in Buffalo, NY. Coins are ready to ship in 1 to 2 weeks and lighters in 4 to 8 weeks. After that it's 3 to 5 days in transit with USPS.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every piece. Orders go out by USPS in a protective display case. Lighters need a signature on delivery; coins don't.
Do you ship outside the US?
Checkout on this site ships to US addresses only.
How big are the coins?
Most coins are 40mm across and about 4mm thick, in an antique bronze finish, and most are double-sided. Each product page lists that piece's exact specs.
What are the lighters made of?
The lighters are solid brass, engraved on every face, with a real flame.
Can I return or exchange a piece?
Each piece is engraved to order and one of a kind, so all sales are final and returns or exchanges aren't accepted. If something is wrong with your order, reply to your order confirmation email so Tom can look into it.
Can you make a custom coin, lighter, or something else?
Yes. Send your idea through the custom request form. Tom reads every detail and replies by email, usually with a few questions. You get a design plan and a quote, and nothing is engraved until you approve it. Start a custom request.
Do the pieces make good gifts?
Every piece ships in a protective display case, and checkout has an optional gift message field for a note to include in the box.
Are these official licensed products?
