Terms of Service

These terms apply when you browse apollosanvil.com, place an order, or request a custom piece from Apollo's Anvil, a laser engraving studio in Buffalo, New York. By placing an order you agree to them.

Handmade pieces

Every piece is laser-engraved and finished by hand, one at a time. Small differences in tone, finish, and detail from the photos are part of the work and are not defects. Photos show a representative piece.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice, but the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. If a price or listing is clearly wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Made to order and shipping

• Every piece is engraved to order after you buy it.
• Coins are ready to ship in 1 to 2 weeks. Lighters are ready in 4 to 8 weeks. Custom pieces follow the timeline in your quote.
• Shipping is free by USPS to addresses in the United States, usually 3 to 5 days in transit once shipped.
• Lighters require a signature on delivery. Coins do not.
• Every order is packed in a protective display case so it arrives safe. If something is wrong when your order arrives, email us right away and we will work it out with you.

All sales final

Because each piece is engraved to order and one of a kind, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please check your order, especially quantities and any custom details, before you pay.

Custom commissions

• Requests sent through our custom request form are not orders. We reply with questions, a design plan, and a quote.
• Nothing is engraved until you approve the final design and the quote.
• Any concept sketch we share early on is a rough starting point, not a promise of how the finished piece will look.
• You confirm that you have the right to use any images, logos, names, or designs you send us. We may decline any request, including ones that would infringe someone else's rights or that we are not comfortable engraving.
• If you send us an item of your own to engrave, such as a firearm slide, you confirm you own it lawfully, and you are responsible for following the laws that apply to it.

Lighters

Lighters are functional art. Fuel and use them carefully, keep them away from children, and follow the rules where you live and travel.

Our content

The photos, text, and designs on this site belong to Apollo's Anvil. Please do not copy or reuse them without permission.

Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
